Here you will find answers to frequently asked DMM questions.

How do you manage my finances?

We set up your financial accounts on an accounting software. We pay bills via your bank's online bill pay service, accounting software, ACH, debit card, or from your checkbook (if you're a local client). The client sends us important financial documents that come in the mail via a secure file sharing app or mail them to us. We can also receive financial documents directly in our email.

What is your service area?

We are a virtual DMM business providing services to all of the USA. 

Are you a Fiduciary?

While we at Williams Bookkeeping & Beyond follow the Fiduciary Oath, we are not a fiduciary, financial planner or advisor. We do not take the place of accountants, attorneys, or investment advisors; rather, we compliment services provided by these professionals.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! We are registered with the State of NH and carry insurance at all times.

What is required of a DMM client?

Communication.
Understanding. 
Trust.
And most importantly, a sense of humor!

What are the steps to become a DDM client?

The first step will be to schedule a free consultation session where we talk about your overall financial situation, your pain points and goals. If we agree to move forward, next comes the document signing and connecting your financial accounts to the appropriate software and deciding on the best way to pay your bills.
